This 1928 Cape had lost its original appeal and was definitely showing its age. This space was updated with fresh paint and light fixtures. The kitchen and main level bathroom received complete overhauls. All of the door hardware was replaced with replicas of the original hardware. The exterior received new landscaping in both the front and side yards. The front steps and walkway were paved with new stone.
